Speaking
fees: $800.00 per day for keynotes, seminars,
and workshops up to 3 hours;
$2100.00
for all day conferences, workshops and seminars. duration of all day
conferences and associated workshops and seminars are 9am - 5pm or longer
depending on the needs of the event. These fees do NOT cover copyright
releases for audiotape or other audio and video material, and handouts
for participants.

Travel
Days: half price for each additional day if he is required
to travel on days other than those on which he is speaking
Reimbursements:
expenses for travel, accommodations, and other expenses, such as for
video conferencing, are reimbursed by hosts; Aubry flies out of Atlanta
depending on his location at the time of transit to the speech.
Payment:
50% of fees paid when engagement is booked, 50% on the date of the event
prior to speaking.
Cancellation:
60% of the initial fee will be refunded if the host cancels up to 15
days prior to the speaking date; ANY NON-REFUNDABLE TRAVEL EXPENSES
INCURRED MUST BE PAID IN FULL, EVEN IF ENGAGEMENT IS CANCELLED. If speaker
cancels due to illness or natural disaster we reserve the right to reschedule
the engagement.
